WHERE WE ARE
Our office is based in Kettering and our customer base is in The Midlands, Lincolnshire, East Anglia, London and Oxford.
Our engineers are able to fault, repair and test gas equipment within your establishments. We regularly carry out repairs on gas ovens, griddles and fryers.
IPM Catering carry out electrical repairs on a wide range of commercial catering equipment. Our engineers have years of experience in the fault finding and repair of an extensive range of equipment.
We cover a range of refrigeration equipment. This includes small chillers, upright fridges and freezers, refrigeration counters and cabinet chillers.

IPM Catering offer a 24hr call out service, 7 days a week, for a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment. When you place a call with our friendly service desk, it will be passed to the relevant department. Communication is a vital aspect of our service and you will always receive a call to assess and discuss an estimated response time.
Our engineers have the experience and training to offer technical advice - in addition to a reactive response. They attend regular manufacturer training to ensure that we remain up to date with the latest equipment. We carry a comprehensive van stock and utilise delivery services for specialist parts.
